My primary goal for this blog is to share the best of my health, wellness and healthy food finds. I’m always searching for new and awesome products and places and this is where I will share the best of what I find! More than that, I hope my blog can become a place where I can:
- LEARN. I love learning new things and by blogging, I can share information as I’m learning it. Even better, I will be able to learn from other like minded individuals as I go.
- EDUCATE. I don’t consider myself an expert by far on the topics I blog about, but I do believe I can help others in my own unique way.
- CONNECT. I truly enjoy connecting with others in a positive way. This is an area I have worked to improve in my life. I am working on my optimism. I’ve always seen myself as a “realist”, but at times this can be pessimism in disguise. Life is not always peaches and rainbows, but by surrounding yourself with positive people, you increase your vibration. In turn, you want to be this vibration for others as well. By forming positive connections with others, you organically create an environment for encouragement and accountability.
- WRITE. More importantly, to improve my writing skills. When I was younger, I wrote a lot. I loved writing in journals, poems, even rap lyrics; but over time, my writing fell off. The process of writing helps you to think on a deeper level and it is something I want to make a regular part of my life again. Needless to say, I am not the best writer. Luckily, this is not a requirement for blogging but an area I want to improve my skills in.
- HAVE FUN. If I am going to spend my spare time blogging, hell yeah I want to have some fun! This will also be a space for me to post about other randomness that may be on my mind. I hope you will join me on this journey!
