Most of us are somewhere in the middle. We care about doing better, but we’re also living real lives.

I care about ingredients. I read labels. I go down the rabbit holes. I also still have Coke Zero in my fridge and sometimes dinner comes from a drive-thru because... life.

I spent years bouncing between being all in and feeling like I fell completely off track. The perfect routine, the perfect diet, the perfect plan… until real life happened.

This space is about figuring out what’s actually worth changing. The ingredients worth paying attention to, the habits that make a difference, drinking less if that’s something you’re questioning, and finding what works without burning everything down every time life gets messy.

I’m not here to tell you to throw away everything in your house or completely change your life overnight. I’m figuring this out too, one realistic choice at a time.

I'm not an expert, I'm an experiment.

I don’t have my shit together. I’m just a person who got tired of starting over, questioning everything, and feeling like I should somehow have it all figured out by now.

I’m learning, testing, changing my mind, and trying to get a little better every day. One day I’m looking into ingredients, the next I’m questioning why I do something I’ve done forever. Basically, I’m figuring my shit out in real time.
